The New Leader's Playbook First Cycle of Articles on Forbes.com

The first cycle of my article series, "The New Leader's Playbook" on Forbes.com, was just completed with last week's post on Chiquita CEO, Fernando Aguirre.

The series focused on the ten steps new leaders must take between acceptance of a job and the start date, and then over their first 100-days in order to be successful and deliver immediate results.

Thought I’d share the main points of the articles, many of which were based on conversations I had with leaders suchas MasterCard CEO Ajay Banga, and Sam Martin, CEO of A&P.  If you’ve got recommendations of other leaders I should feature in the next cycle, please send them my way.  So far, I’ve discussed, by step:
