Expanding our Global Footprint: New Partners and Alliances

We are thrilled to announce the additions of Roger Neill and Thomas Yang as partners, and new alliances in China and India.

Roger will be based in London and concentrate on Europe. Thomas will focus on Asia, working with our new allies Allen Ku of Illumination Works (China) and Vijay Karkare of Cornerstone India, respectively.  

Worldwide businesses leaders are realizing executive onboarding's strategic benefits. Roger and Thomas will provide additional on-the-ground expertise in Europe and Asia, and implement PrimeGenesis' proven program designed to help kick off key strategic, operational and organizational management processes during the critical first 100 days of a new position or assignment.

Roger Neill

Roger is a global thought leader on innovation and creativity, and managing partner of the innovation consultancy Per Diem. He was previously international managing partner for Synectics Corporation.

Thomas Yang

Thomas was previously a PrimeGenesis partner before he accepted the role of president of international at Callaway Golf Company.  Before that he served as senior vice president of global consumer products at Starbucks, and in global senior leadership positions  with Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Clorox.

As executives, Roger and Thomas have the international business expertise necessary to help new leaders effectively tackle complex transition situations. They join PrimeGenesis' other partners and their extensive senior line management and organizational development experience.
