Better Results Faster…Than What?

I was reminded last week that Better Results Faster is not always the right approach.  Louis is joining a private company to help take it public in about a year. He, and his organization, need to get ready and then bide their time until the time is ripe for their public offering.  In this case, the PrimeGenesis approach to accelerating onboarding would be counter-productive.  Louis needs to go slow.

Positioning is about choices.  It’s relatively easy to say what you’re good at.  That becomes more credible when you can also say what you’re less good at.  In our case, we help new leaders and their teams deliver Better Results Faster than they should in situations when the downside risk of disrupting what’s working well outweighs the upside opportunity of doing things differently
