Forbes has invited me to do a weekly column on accelerating leadership transitions.  Since we're all new leaders all the time, this should be applicable to all of you all the time.  So click through here and then on the "follow" button on the lower right to follow the column.

Each week's article will focus on one leader and what he or she has done or should do to accelerate their transition in line with the 10 steps from The New Leader's Playbook.

This week's article is on "Promoted From Within – Thoughts for Google's New CEO Larry Page".  Hope you find it valuable.

Would welcome any comments on format, content, topics, or anything at all.
