Create a newcomers’ club with executive sponsors
A newcomers’ club helps new employees learn from each other’s and executive sponsors’ experiences and connections. It gives executives opportunities to: get informal feedback from people with fresh eyes; signal the importance of onboarding; reinforce their vision and values; and deliberately practice helping people at all levels assimilate into the organization.
