Specifically, for "The New Leader's 100-Day Action Plan", we've added a chapter on "The New Leader's 100-Hour Action Plan – Leading Through a Crisis" and an associated 100-Hour Action Plan checklist tool. This one has such broad applicability that I'm happy to send a copy of the chapter and tool to anyone that asks.
For "Onboarding", we've added a tool on "Idiosyncracies" to help newcomer's clubs document their organization's idiosyncracies in terms of the language people use with each other, how they behave, and their attitudes and values to help other newcomers assimilate easier.
