With over 20 years of experience as a PrimeGenesis partner guiding leaders across the world through high-stakes transitions, Susanne specializes in executive onboarding, leadership team alignment, M&A integration, and executive coaching.

Before joining PrimeGenesis, Susanne spent two decades at Procter & Gamble in both brand management and human resources, where she partnered with global executives to develop talent, lead organizational transformation, and strengthen leadership culture. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Salzburg, Austria after earning her Ph.D in Law.

Fluent in English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian, Susanne brings a rare combination of global perspective, cultural understanding, strategic insight, and empathy to her work with leaders and organizations navigating complexity and transformation.
