John JT Hall

John (JT) is a management expert with 30+ years of strategic, operational, and organizational leadership experience in a wide range of industries and high-growth environments. As a former naval officer and platoon commander of multiple Navy SEAL platoons, he learned and applied force-multiplying techniques to help teams deliver superior results.

Prior to joining PrimeGenesis, John served as the COO at Platform Science and has led many cross-functional teams to strong performance during various startup stages of dynamic high growth. He was also the founder and CEO of Voxtec International. Prior to starting Voxtec, John consulted to multiple Fortune 500 and industry leading companies to help them during strategic business transformations.

John has served as interim CEO, CFO and CRO in various organizations during recruitment and onboarding of new executives. He emphasizes helping leaders and teams simplify complex situations and commit to high-participation continuous improvement. He is a two-time world champion in rowing and paddle sports.
