Jayme Check is Co-Founder of PrimeGenesis, with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders shape vision, drive execution, and accelerate alignment and performance. He helps leaders gain the clarity, confidence, and speed to move forward decisively when it matters most. A trusted partner to senior executives, he combines strategic, operational, organizational, and leadership expertise to help leaders and their teams deliver better results faster.

Before co-founding PrimeGenesis, Jayme began his career at J.P. Morgan and later served as Vice President at Guidance Solutions, where he helped lead one of Southern California’s fastest-growing technology companies. He also founded and serves as CEO of Quantum Global Partners, a global strategy execution and leadership development firm that delivers measurable results through planning, high-impact coaching, and organizational performance programs.
