As CEO and Board Chair of Gold Mechanical, Ron guided the company from founder-owned to 100% employee-owned, more than doubling revenue and tripling ESOP share value. He holds a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Evangel University, where he has served as an adjunct professor of business and leadership.
