Carolyn brings extensive experience in marketing, strategy, transformation, and global growth across Software/SaaS, Gaming, Consumer Products, and FinTech. She is known for creating business-driving cultures and mentoring top talent, having led global teams responsible for rapid growth in North America, APAC, and Europe.
Before joining PrimeGenesis, Carolyn served as Chief Marketing, Growth, and Design Officer at Varo Bank, where she tripled customer acquisition rates, shaped the brand’s market position, and led a $600M funding round. Previously, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Dropbox, spearheading the company’s transformation from consumer storage to enterprise collaboration software and helping lead its successful IPO. Earlier in her career, she was SVP of Global Consumer Marketing at Electronic Arts, where she drove brand innovation and customer engagement as gaming evolved into a social, digital, and subscription-based business.
Carolyn holds a BA from Union College and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
