Tom Harper reports in Friday's Daily Mail that Equatorial Guinea's president Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo has hired Simon Mann as a security advisor.  What's extraordinary about this is that Simon Mann led a failed coup against President Obiang six years ago and was sentenced to 34 years in prison.
