Pick your cliche.  We've heard it over and over again in a whole range of different guises.  While there are certainly some notable exceptions, Generally, success is the product of persistent hard work.

Like most endeavors, change management requires persistence across preparation, delivery and follow through.

Preparation breeds confidence – on everyone's part.

Delivery requires relentless focus on the details.

Follow through is an absolute necessity to ensure things don't fall back to the way they were.

The more important something is to you, the more persistent you should be.
