We meet with the newly appointed leader right after he/she accepts a new job to map out learning, set-up and a high impact day one entry strategy. The new leader creates preliminary versions of the critical planning tools he/she will use through the 100-day onboarding and transition acceleration process, including: situation analysis and learning plan, stakeholder discussion guide, mission, vision, strategy map, communication plan, New Leader's 100-Day Action Plan©.

Transition Acceleration Process

Team Strategic Imperative Workshop
A PrimeGenesis facilitated team strategy development and planning workshop. The workshop structure enables teams to co-create high quality plans that yield alignment and better results faster. This workshop gets everyone on the team on the same sheet and kicks off the team's strategic process. We push to get relevant ideas aired and use our operating experience to challenge, probe and, ultimately, stimulate consensus. Teams leave the Strategic Imperative session with a clear, one page action plan.

Operational Milestones
A PrimeGenesis facilitated team operational planning workshop to help the group construct, target and set up systems to manage well-chosen, strategic milestones. Team Milestones and Early Wins kick off the new team’s operational process.

Early Wins
This stage of executive onboarding and transition acceleration helps the team select one or more high-priority operational milestones and plan an over-investment of resources that sets the team up to exceed expectations.  Early wins build confidence, model exceptional performance and communicate strength to the organization.

Role Sort
